Interfaith Stewards™ is a year-long project focusing on our relationship with the Earth and how to decrease our impact on the environment.

Through fourteen modules, members of the faith-based community learn about:

• cleaning green
• buying green
• buying local
• green finance
• air quality

Each section has an activity to be completed either individually or by a group.

An event and media planning section will help your congregation plan an environmental event and the media planning section will give you advice on how to get the news coverage you need to make your event a success.

The social marketing for churches will help you get the word out about your environmental projects in a sustainable (and hopefully viral!) manner.

The workbook also enlists benchmarking systems. It is designed to enlighten, educate and change the habits of not only congregants, but also those who oversee the church facilities and systems.
